For gravure printing, we use production equipment from Sung An machinery , Korea and Cerutti spa, Italy with the latest high-precision controller and printing capacity for up to 8 colors. We have both dry solvent and solvent-free laminating capabilities to protect your products from solvent residue and to protect the environment. Tandem extrusion coating lamination can be made multi-layered co-extrusion cast film with automatic thickness control and full-line automatic processing control. Print Master has also imported the latest See-through (window) metallizing equipment and knowledge from Germany and Japan. Print Master has plastic film manufacturing capabilities, which includes blown film and cast film with mono and multi-layers, as well as vacuum metallized film.
