Print Master Co., Ltd. is pleased and honored to be one of the key partners in the collaborative project, "Development of Flexible Plastic Mono Material Packaging and Sustainable Development," alongside PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR), and Unique Plastic Industry Public Company Limited (Unique).

This partnership aims to promote the design of packaging for recycling (Design for Recycling: D4R) and drive the circular economy forward in a tangible and practical manner.

As part of this project, Print Master is responsible for research and development (R&D) to design and convert Machine Direction Oriented Polyethylene (MDOPE) film into flexible mono-material packaging that can be effectively recycled — both technically and commercially.

One of the key challenges lies in designing packaging that not only meets functional requirements, visual appeal, and durability, but also supports efficient post-consumer management, including recycling and upcycling. The Print Master team has leveraged its expertise and advanced technology to co-develop solutions that meet these sustainability goals.

The project is being piloted with products under the Café Amazon brand. OR is leading the implementation of the new packaging in real operational processes — from product filling, storage, to logistics — while also establishing a closed-loop system for collecting and recycling used packaging.
